1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of websites, pages, products, programs, memberships, communities, courses, events, and other services owned or operated by The Integral Dojo.

By accessing or using the website, creating an account, purchasing an offering, joining a membership or community, registering for an event, or otherwise using Integral Dojo services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or services.

2. Changes to these terms

The Integral Dojo may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with its most recent update date.

Your continued use of the website or services after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those updated terms.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content made available through the Integral Dojo is owned by Miles Kessler, The Integral Dojo, or the applicable rights holder and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

This includes, without limitation, written material, videos, audio recordings, guided meditations, course materials, training frameworks, graphics, photographs, exercises, worksheets, processes, teaching materials, branding, and other original content.

You may access these materials for your own personal, non-commercial use unless another use is expressly permitted.

4. Restrictions on use

Unless you have received prior written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, modify, adapt, translate, publicly display, commercially exploit, teach from, or create derivative products from Integral Dojo proprietary materials.

You may not record live or recorded classes, trainings, community sessions, coaching sessions, workshops, or other protected content unless express permission has been given.

Linking to publicly available Integral Dojo pages is permitted. Any broader reuse of published material is subject to the Integral Dojo Permissions Policy or written permission from the relevant rights holder.

5. Accounts and access

Some Integral Dojo services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity occurring through your account.

Access to purchased programs, memberships, communities, and other services is personal to the purchaser unless expressly stated otherwise. Login credentials may not be shared, transferred, resold, or made available to another person.

The Integral Dojo may suspend or terminate access where there is material misuse of an account, unauthorized distribution of content, non-payment, or a substantial violation of these terms.

6. Purchases, prices, and payment

Prices, payment schedules, included features, program duration, access periods, and other purchase terms are stated on the applicable offer, sales, registration, or checkout page.

When you complete a purchase, you agree to pay the charges displayed at checkout, including any installment payments or recurring subscription charges associated with the offer you select.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment processors. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

7. Subscriptions and recurring memberships

If you purchase an ongoing or recurring membership, your selected payment method may be charged automatically at the stated billing interval until the membership is cancelled.

Cancellation terms, access after cancellation, and any other conditions specific to the membership will be governed by the terms presented with that particular offer.

Cancelling a recurring membership prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically create a right to reimbursement for payments already made unless the applicable offer expressly provides otherwise or applicable law requires it.

8. Payment plans

A payment plan is a method of paying the full agreed purchase price over multiple installments. Unless the offer expressly states otherwise, stopping participation in a program does not automatically cancel remaining payment-plan obligations.

Any terms specific to a particular payment plan will be shown on the relevant offer or checkout page.

9. Refunds and cancellations

Refund, cancellation, transfer, and withdrawal policies may differ between self-paced courses, memberships, live programs, events, coaching, and other services.

The policy stated on the applicable sales page, registration page, checkout page, or written agreement governs that particular purchase.

Where no specific refund or cancellation right is stated, payments should not be assumed to be refundable except where required by applicable law.

10. Lifetime access

Where an offer expressly includes “lifetime access,” this means access for the operational lifetime of the applicable Integral Dojo product or service, subject to these terms and to the continued operation of The Integral Dojo.

Lifetime access applies only to the materials included in the purchased offering and does not automatically include future products, programs, services, or separately sold material.

Lifetime access is personal, non-transferable, and may not be resold.

11. Live programs, events, and scheduling

Dates, schedules, teachers, venues, delivery methods, and program details may occasionally need to change because of circumstances beyond reasonable control.

If a material change occurs, The Integral Dojo will make reasonable efforts to communicate updated information to registered participants.

Travel, accommodation, transportation, equipment, internet access, and other participant expenses are your responsibility unless expressly included in the offer.

12. Educational and contemplative nature of the work

Integral Dojo teachings, programs, courses, meditation instruction, coaching, community activities, workshops, and related materials are offered for educational, contemplative, developmental, and personal-practice purposes.

They are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, legal advice, financial advice, crisis intervention, or other licensed professional services.

Nothing on the website should be interpreted as diagnosis, treatment, or individualized professional advice in a field requiring a professional license.

13. Personal responsibility

Contemplative practice, embodiment work, physical training, interpersonal exercises, and developmental practices can involve challenge and may affect people differently.

You are responsible for deciding whether a particular practice, program, exercise, event, or activity is appropriate for you and for seeking qualified professional guidance where needed.

Participation in physical practices, including Aikido and other movement-based activities, is undertaken with responsibility for your own physical condition and appropriate safety considerations.

14. Communities and participant conduct

Integral Dojo communities and group spaces are intended to support respectful practice, inquiry, and learning.

Participants agree not to use community spaces for harassment, unlawful activity, unauthorized promotion, abusive conduct, impersonation, infringement of another person’s rights, or distribution of protected materials.

The Integral Dojo reserves the right to moderate community spaces and, where reasonably necessary, remove content or restrict participation.

15. User-submitted material

If you voluntarily post or submit material in a public or shared community space, you remain responsible for what you disclose.

You should not post confidential, sensitive, or third-party information that you are not authorized to share.

Participation in a group setting necessarily means that information you voluntarily share may be visible to other participants. While respectful confidentiality may be encouraged within group work, The Integral Dojo cannot guarantee the conduct of every participant.

16. Third-party websites and services

The website may link to or integrate with services operated by third parties, including payment processors, video platforms, scheduling tools, social-media platforms, conferencing services, and external websites.

The Integral Dojo does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, terms, privacy practices, or actions.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms between you and the applicable provider.

17. No guarantee of particular results

The Integral Dojo does not guarantee that participation in any course, training, membership, coaching engagement, meditation practice, event, or other offering will produce a particular personal, professional, psychological, contemplative, financial, relational, or other result.

Outcomes depend on many factors that are individual to each participant.

18. Website availability and accuracy

Reasonable efforts are made to keep website information accurate and services available. However, The Integral Dojo does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or current.

Errors in dates, descriptions, pricing, or other information may be corrected when identified.

19. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Integral Dojo and its owners, teachers, contractors, representatives, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages arising from use of the website, programs, services, or third-party services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

20. Minors

The Integral Dojo website and online services are not directed toward children under 13, and The Integral Dojo does not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13.

Certain services may require participants under 18 to obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Additional age requirements may apply to specific programs or activities.

21. Privacy

The collection and use of personal information is governed separately by the Integral Dojo Privacy Policy.

22. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as severable and the remaining provisions will continue in full force to the extent permitted by law.
