Come as you are.

Meditation was never meant to be only something you do alone.

A meditation practice can begin in solitude. But over time, deeper questions emerge.

  • How do you work with resistance?

  • What happens when practice becomes difficult?

  • How do you sustain a practice over time?

  • How do insight, development, relationships, and everyday life fit together?

  • Where can I go to talk about these things?

The Deep End is a place for those conversations.

What goes on inside the Deep End...

Two monthly live experiences

Deep End Dharma Discussion

Each month we'll take up a theme from the Deep End podcast and explore it together. We'll go beyond simply listening to a teaching and ask:

What does this mean in practice? Where does it challenge us? How does it show up in our lives?

Expect conversation, reflection, questions, and Dharma.

Deep End Monthly Gathering

A live gathering for the wider Deep End community.

We'll meditate together, explore a teaching, and spend time practicing as a Sangha.

This is where the online community becomes an actual practice community.

This community may be for you if...

  • You have an established meditation practice and want to deepen it.

  • You're newer to meditation but want something more substantial than stress reduction.

  • You've encountered difficult or unexpected territory in practice.

  • You're interested in awakening, development, and integration.

  • You want your meditation to inform the way you actually live.

You don't need years of experience. What matters is sincerity, curiosity, and a willingness to practice.

About Miles

Miles Kessler is an internationally recognized meditation teacher with more than 25 years of teaching experience and over 25,000 hours of meditation practice.

His training is deeply rooted in the Burmese Mahasi Vipassana tradition, including extensive practice with Sayadaw U Pandita and Vivekananda.
