THE INTEGRAL DOJO

Practice for a more awake, embodied life.

Meditation, embodiment, development, and the practice of meeting life more consciously.

The Integral Dojo brings together contemplative practice, psychological development, relational awareness, and embodied training to help insight become something you can actually live.

ONE PRACTICE, MANY DOORWAYS

The work begins with presence.

Becoming more aware is one thing. Learning to live from that awareness is another.

The Integral Dojo is a place for both.

The work draws from meditation, Aikido, embodiment, developmental practice, shadow work, relational inquiry, and conflict transformation.

These are not separate interests collected under one roof. They are different ways of exploring how we wake up, grow, relate, and meet the complexity of real life.

01

Wake up.

Develop greater clarity, presence, and insight through contemplative practice.

02

Grow up.

Develop the psychological and relational capacities needed to hold greater complexity.

03

Show up.

Bring practice into relationship, conflict, work, leadership, and ordinary life.

04

Embody it.

Move from understanding something intellectually to becoming capable of living it.

ABOUT MILES KESSLER

Decades of practice across contemplative and embodied traditions.

Miles Kessler is a meditation teacher, Aikido sensei, and founder of the Integral Dojo.

His work has been shaped by more than 25 years of meditation teaching and practice, intensive training in the Burmese Mahasi Vipassana tradition, decades of Aikido, and sustained inquiry into embodiment, development, relationship, and conflict.

The common thread is simple: practice should change how we meet life.
