This is where you’ll find the training materials, updates, resources, and connection with the wider Integral Dojo Sangha.
Come as you are
You do not need to study the entire map in advance. Bring your current meditation practice, your questions, and your willingness to explore the terrain directly.
HOW THE TRAINING WORKS
A steady six-month rhythm.
The 7 Stages of Purification is designed as an ongoing cycle of study, meditation, questions, and integration rather than a course to rush through.
Six modules
The Seven Purifications are explored across six modules, giving each stage enough room for context, practice, and reflection.
Follow the material as it is released and let each module settle before moving on.
Live teaching and practice
The live sessions bring the map into direct experience through teaching, meditation, and practical exploration.
Come ready to practice, not only to understand the framework conceptually.
Sangha meet-ups
The Sangha provides a place to stay connected with other practitioners moving through the same six-month journey.
Use the Sangha for shared practice, reflection, and connection.
Monthly Q&A
Bring questions that arise from your meditation, the teachings, and your experience of the map.
The questions that emerge from actual practice are part of the training.
Integral Dojo Community
The community gives you an ongoing place to remain connected between live sessions and throughout the training.
Stay engaged between sessions rather than treating each event as isolated.
The purpose of the structure is simple: stay close enough to the practice for the map to become something you can recognize in experience.
HOW TO PREPARE
Arrive with a practice, not a performance.
You do not need to master the Seven Purifications before we begin. The most useful preparation is simply to stay close to your actual meditation practice and begin noticing what is already happening there.
Keep practicing consistently
Maintain the meditation rhythm that is realistic for you. Consistency will be more useful than trying to dramatically increase your practice just because the training is beginning.
Notice what is actually happening
Pay attention to recurring patterns, shifts in attention, moments of clarity, resistance, uncertainty, and anything in your practice that seems especially alive.
Let questions emerge naturally
You do not need to manufacture sophisticated questions. The most useful questions usually come directly from practice: something you are seeing, struggling with, or trying to understand.
Resist the urge to locate yourself on the map
It is natural to wonder which stage you may be in. But the training will be more useful if the map supports observation rather than becoming another identity or achievement system.
A USEFUL QUESTION BEFORE WE BEGIN
What is happening in my meditation practice right now that I would like to understand more clearly?
WHERE EVERYTHING LIVES

We’ll work with the map, but stay close to the practice.
The Seven Stages of Purification can offer a powerful framework for understanding the unfolding of meditation practice. But the value of the map is not in memorizing it or trying to place yourself correctly within it.
The real work is learning to recognize what is happening in experience with more clarity, patience, and discernment.
Over these six months, we’ll use the teachings, the live practice, your questions, and the Sangha to explore the map in that spirit.
Bring the practice you actually have. Bring what is clear, what is confusing, and what is difficult to name. That is enough to begin.
