What You'll Learn In This 8-Week Course
Module 1:
Meditation & The Practice Of Polarizing To Purify
Oneness has no opposites. Yet, the world we live in is full of polarities. In this session, you will learn how to mindfully inhabit opposites for the purpose of clarifying the polarities in their fullness for liberating polarized fixations.
Module 2:
Meditation & The Practice Of Discipline
Nothing happens without effort, commitment, and discipline. In this session, you'll explore the essential qualities of discipline and learn how to tap into this core quality of a Spiritual Warrior.
Module 3:
Meditation & The Practice Of Surrender
Your greater potential cannot be forced into being. It can only be surrendered to. In this session, you will explore what it means to profoundly let go and how true Spiritual Warrior-ship lies in surrendering to the wisdom of existence.
Module 4:
Meditation & The Practice Of Autonomy
The Spiritual Warrior is radically autonomous. Connected to all, yet dependent on none. In this session, you will explore what it means to be radically responsible for your own destiny and what it truly means to walk your own Path.
Module 5:
Meditation & The Practice Of Communion
To rest in communion means to be open, unguarded, and vulnerable. In this session, you will explore how awakened autonomy allows you to be vulnerable and fully available to connect and join others in communion.
Module 6:
Meditation & The Practice Of Wisdom
Wisdom awakened, is Wisdom applied. In this session, you will explore how an awakened Wisdom purifies your perspective on reality. Asking, "What does it mean to be responsible for a radically impersonal relationship to life?"
Module 7:
Meditation & The Practice Of Compassion
As an expression of "Big Heart", the Spiritual Warrior feels into the heart of all beings. In this session, you will learn how an awakened mind also awakens your very own heart and allows you to see into and touch the hearts of others
Module 8:
Meditation & The Practice Of Love
In this final session, you'll explore the radial Love of the Spiritual Warrior. Both your personal impulse to lovingly reaches into the world to become more, and the universal Love in you that embraces what is as always, already perfect.

Your Teacher:
About Miles Kessler
Miles Kessler is a dual-lineage holder in both the Burmese "Mahasi" tradition of mindfulness meditation, as well as the "Iwama" tradition of the martial art of Aikido.
For over 25 years Miles has been teaching meditation and the embodiment of spiritual awakening to thousands of people around the world.
His work focuses on getting established in mindfulness meditation, developing spiritual insight, integrating the disowned aspects of the personality, and the discovery of one's spiritual potential.
"Miles is a rare kind of teacher. He has cultivated deep meditative discipline and most importantly, his heart is wide open. You can't help but grow in his company."
Diane Musho Hamilton Roshi - Zen Teacher, Integral Facilitator, & Author

Praise For Miles...
“Miles Kessler is a rare kind of teacher. He has cultivated deep meditative discipline, he is a fully embodied Aikido master, and most importantly, his heart is wide open. You can't help but grow in his company."
Diane Musho Hamilton - Zen Roshi, Integral Facilitator, Author Of "The Zen Of You And Me"
"A bow of acknowledgment to Miles for creating the Virtual Dojo. If spiritual practice is going to have a part to play in this rapidly changing world, then we need Virtual Dojos to bring us together to share, collaborate and practice "musubi" - connection. With this work Miles is helping us move towards leaving the world a better place.”
Richard Strozzi-Heckler, PhD - Teachers, Executive Leadership Coach, Author "The Leadership Dojo"
"I share a background with Miles of long-term mindfulness and aikido practice. I feel great appreciation for the energy and effort he generates to create opportunities for practitioners of aikido and mindfulness to share how they bring their practice to the world. It is such a gift!"
Wendy Palmer - 6th, Aikido Sensei, "Embodied Leadership" trainer, & Author of "The Practice Of Freedom: Aikido Principles As A Spiritual Guide"
"Miles' spiritual insight, understanding of the Integral perspective, and embodiment of the principles of Aikido make him a rare facilitator and teacher. His unique capacity to share directly with others is an inspiring vision of human transformation.”
Patrick Cassidy - 6th Dan Aikido Sensei, Meditation Teacher, Conflict Resolution Trainer
“Miles’ teaching resonates with clarity and truth. You get a sense that his mind, heart and body are all in alignment as he speaks. His sincerity and humility make what he offers even more accessible and valuable.”
Linda Holiday Sensei - 6th Dan Aikido Teacher, Author, Director of Aikido Santa Cruz
"Miles Kessler is a great teacher. But as importantly, he is a wonderful human being with a joy for life, and for all people whose paths cross with his. If you ever have the opportunity to learn from this true master, please do not even consider passing it up. Your life itself will be better for getting to know this exemplary Human Being."
Hon. Eric V. Moyé, - Texas Districtic Judge, Aikido Sensei
"Kessler Sensei embodies an abundant passion, penetrating understanding, and unusual depth of ability. The Aikido master Koichi Tohei Sensei once remarked that we human beings are like “people who have been bequeathed golden treasure by our parents, yet leave that treasure locked away, and instead beg for pennies”. It is my opinion that this describes much of what we see under the umbrella term “Aikido”. A welcome and bright exception would be the clarity and vision so elegantly expressed through the work of Miles Kessler Sensei.”
Lawrence Koichi Barrish - Senior Shinto Priest of Tsubaki Grand Shrine of America, Dojo-Cho Kannagara Aikido
