The focus of this intensive will be "Riai" - principles integration in Aikido.

You will learn key aspects of "Riai":

• Empty Hand Techniques & Bokken Integration

• Empty Hand Techniques & Jo Integration

• Empty Hand Principles & Weapons Principles Integration
