YOUR TEACHERS

Dave Goldberg, 6th dan Aikikai, is the founder and chief instructor of Aikido of San Diego. He has been teaching aikido for over 25 years and has spent several years studying and practicing somatic psychology and bodywork. He is a co-founder of the Evolutionary Aikido Community and continues to teach Aikido as the martial art, Life Art.

Miles Kessler, 6th dan Aikikai, is a dual-lineage holder in Aikido and the Buddhist meditation tradition. For over 25 years, Miles has been teaching Aikido, meditation, and embodiment to people worldwide. His work focuses on accessing a grounded understanding of the principles of Aikido and the discovery of one's spiritual potential

The Integral Dojo | Tel Aviv

The Integral Dojo is conveniently located near the center of Tel Aviv in the trendy Montefiore neighborhood. We are a 5-minute walk from Sterot Yehudit Blvd. and the Yehudit Bridge.

PARKING — There is plenty of FREE PARKING on our street (Ha'achim Mislivita) on Friday & Saturday.

Public Transportation (Friday Only):

BUSES — Several bus lines run along Menachem Begin (5 min on foot) and to the Ha'Shalom station(10 min on foot).

LIGHT RAIL — The dojo is also a 5-minute walk from the "Light Rail" Yehudit station at the Menachem Begin & Hashminaim intersection.

TRAINS — The dojo is a 10-minute walk from Ha'Shalom train station.
