Meditation is a higher path of physical, mentaland spiritual discipline. It is a "Path of Purification" that supports you through personal challenges on the path to unlocking your spiritual potential.

To develop the skills necessary for facing the challenges on your path, you need supportive practices for your journey. This course is the Buddha's answer to that need. Welcome to;

"The 4 Noble Practices Of The Buddha."

The teachings of the Buddha begin and end with "The 4 Noble Truths." These four truths are about the essential nature of existence: 1) that suffering exists, 2) that it has a cause,  3) that when you stop the cause, the suffering also stops, and 4) that there is a path that leads to the end of suffering.

The Buddha also subscribed four practices for each one of these noble truths: 1)  the noble practice of "acceptance", 2) the noble practice of "relinquishment", 3) the noble practice of "realization", and 4) the noble practice of "development".

These practices can be summarized as: 1) Letting come,
2) Letting go, 3) Letting be, & 4) Letting grow.

These are the 4 Noble Practices of The Buddha.

Why We Practice
