Help Your Clients Unlock Their Healing Potential Through Process-Work And
The Principles Of Aikido
As we recover from our ongoing war, we carry forward our collective crisis, as trauma on a personal level and polarization on a societal level. Under these conditions, effective healing practices are essential for coping in our daily lives. But what are these practices?
You are invited to join an in-person workshop for "training the trainers" on "Healing Polarization In Self & The World".Â
Designed to support you in facilitating healing and recovery journeys, this transformative workshop will focus on the restorative power of individual and collective healing by engaging the power of Process Work and the Principles of Aikido.
Process Work
Dr. Gary Reiss, a renowned process-oriented psychology therapist, will facilitate the process work in this intensive. Throughout the weekend, you will experience proven methods for healing historical trauma and bridge-building skills.
Through experiential, personal, and group work, you will discover powerful ways to engage with different perspectives and uncover common ground.

The Principles Of Aikido
Respected meditation teacher and senior Aikido Sensei, Miles Kessler, will facilitate the Principles of Aikido in this workshop. You will practice the traditional methods of "Centering" (self-regulation), "Connection" (co-regulation), and the awakening of "systems intelligence" as foundations for individual and collective healing.
These principles-based exercises in a "non-martial context" will give you an embodied experience of relational healing of Aikido.
Who Is This Workshop For?
This workshop is open to all, however, it is especially beneficial for professional facilitators, therapists, coaches, counselors, body workers, and meditation teachers. You will gain practical and embodied skills that you can take directly into your personal life, as well as professional work.
