Without meditation Wisdom is lost.

About Miles Kessler

Miles Kessler is a teacher of meditation, Aikido, and Integral Practice. He is a dual lineage holder in both the Iwama tradition of Aikido, and the Mahasi tradition of Vipassana meditation.

Miles has been teaching internationally and guiding individuals and groups in developmental and transformational work for the past 20 years. He regularly guides meditators in retreats and online courses in Israel, Europe and the United Sates.

He is a gifted teacher with a unique capacity of guiding others towards awakening their very own spiritual depth, in the midst of life!

"Miles' style of instruction is ideal. He makes things easy to understand, but complex enough for experienced students as well. He is an endless resource and inspiration. "
