The Integral Dojo Presents
In the below exercise you will learn to identify the basic tendency for us to move up and out of the center in moments of stress. You will learn the practice of "Minding The Wave" and the "Tipping Exercise" which you can easily use in practicing with your cohorts, clients, or students.
The practice of "Standing In The River" is a solo exercise that uses imagery to create "descending energy" in your system. This practice can be easily integrated into any embodiment routines such as yoga, dance, movement, and of course Aikido.
In this exercise teaches how to respond to another during a stressful or conflictual relationship. You will learn how center is not a fixed position, but rather a dynamically changing state that helps you move with flow in conflict.
